1. Purpose

These terms govern access to and use of vivaspain.games, operated by Jennifer Karen Vergara Campos. By using the site you accept them; if you do not agree, please do not use it.

2. Nature of the service

VivaSpain Games is a social entertainment service with one simulated casino game. It is not a real-money gambling service. The site accepts no bets, takes no deposits, processes no withdrawals and has no payment method of any kind.

3. No prizes and no economic value

• No cash prizes are offered.
• No prizes of real-world value are offered.
• All game results are simulated and generated at random in your browser.
• Free spins have no monetary value and cannot be bought, sold or transferred.
• No point, symbol or result can be exchanged for money, goods or services.

4. Minimum age

The service is reserved for people aged 18 and over. By confirming the age check you declare that you meet that requirement. We may block access to anyone who does not.

5. Demo accounts

This version of the site is a frontend implementation. Registration and sign-in reproduce the interface of the production flow, but they create no accounts on any server, verify no email addresses and store no passwords. Session state lives only in your browser's local storage and disappears when you clear it.

6. Acceptable use

• Do not attempt to bypass the age check or help minors gain access.
• Do not use the site fraudulently or present it as a real-money gambling service.
• Do not attempt to alter, automate or interfere with how the game runs.

7. Intellectual property

The VivaSpain Games name, the site design, its text and its code belong to their owner. You may use them to enjoy the service, but not reproduce or exploit them without permission.

8. Availability

Access to the site or to any of its features may be changed, suspended or discontinued at any time, without giving rise to any compensation: the service is free and there is no payment involved.

9. Liability

The service is provided “as is”, for recreational purposes. We do not guarantee that the site will be error-free or continuously available. Since no money, bets or prizes are involved, no game result can create any financial entitlement.

10. External links

The site does not link to real-money gambling operators, bookmakers or industry affiliate programmes, and holds no commercial relationship with them.

11. Changes

These terms may be updated. The version in force is always the one published on this page, with its update date.

12. Governing law

The service is aimed at users in Spain and is governed by the applicable law on information society services and data protection. As an entertainment product with no real money involved, gambling and betting regulation does not apply to it.
